In small groups of four to 12 participants, we focus on the central topics and develop the core skills needed to successfully lead a team. Participants assess their own skill levels, learn new methods for achieving the results they need and practice practical tools in a safe environment. Content can be tailored to the industry and job requirements of the participants, and formats include one to five-day seminars as well as a program of regular, recurring appointments that allow participants to develop their skills continuously over the course of years.

Core topics include:

  • Characteristics of effective leaders
  • Self-assessment
  • Balancing task orientation and team orientation
  • Giving and receiving feedback
  • Managing conflict
  • Building motivation
  • Delegating effectively
  • Self and time management
  • Effective mentoring
  • Goal setting
  • Managing personal development
  • Negotiating

Coaching is an opportunity for each participant to work with me one-to-one, to focus on building the specific skills and capabilities they need in their day-to-day working life. Whether you've been a leader for a few months or a few decades, an outside point of view and expert appraisal can improve your skill set and put you in the driving seat of your own professional development.
